RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY: 

At By Amala Limited we aim to provide the best customer service and products to our customers, however in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item/s for a refund within 14 days of your delivery date.

Your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached. Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed. We do not offer exchanges on our products. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order. 

Please note any returns sent back to us after the 14 day return period will be refused and sent back unless previously agreed with our customer care team.

UK RETURNS:

We offer a free returns service within the UK. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase: 

  1. Please contact our customer care team on customercare@byamala.com with your order number and item/s you would like to return with a reason.
  2. Our customer care representative will be in touch with a prepaid label. Print and attach the label to the outside of the parcel and either have this ready for a home collection or drop this off to your nearest post office
  3. You will be given a receipt with your tracking number. Please keep this for your records.
  4. When the returned item/s is received in our warehouse we will check this and process a refund 
  5. It can take between 7-10 days for your payment account to be updated with your refund

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 

All returns on international purchases are at your own cost through your preferred courier service. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase: 

  1. Please contact our customer care team on customercare@byamala.com with your order number and item/s you would like to return with a reason.
  2. You will need to return your parcel with the courier of your choice
  3. Please ensure you have adequate insurance when returning your parcel 
  4. When the returned item/s is received in our warehouse we will check this and process a refund 
  5. It can take between 7-10 days for your payment account to be updated with your refund

CUSTOM ORDERS: 

All custom orders are non-refundable. Once a 50% deposit has been made and the order has been placed, this is then non refundable.
