DELIVERY

UK DELIVERY: 

- We offer a free next day delivery service in the UK
- Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day for a next day delivery
- A tracking number will be issued via email once your order has been dispatched

Please note that any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us via email and we will try our best to accommodate. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: 

- We offer a paid express delivery service to Europe and Internationally
- Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day for delivery
- Express delivery can take between 2-11 working days. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us via email and we will try our best to accommodate. 
- A tracking number will be issued via email once your order is dispatched
- All orders will need to be signed for 

 

Some international countries may apply an additional customs tax charge that will need to be paid by the recipient when receiving an item from the UK. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS: 

- Custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to be dispatched
- We will always discuss the expected delivery date before the order is placed
- Customers will be provided with a delivery date, if for any reasons there are any delays on our suppliers end we endeavour to keep you updated 
- Once your garment/s is received at our warehouse we will ship this out to you on the same day 
- You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
- For all UK deliveries we provide a free delivery service 
- For all International deliveries a charge will be applied 

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION: 

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your Amala purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Shopify Payments, have approved the payment. If your payment is rejected for any reason or not authorized then we will contact you via email to process the payment. 

Parcels cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, our carrier will leave a card notifying you that delivery has been attempted. Any issues regarding delivery please contact us on customercare@byamala.com. 

Amala insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at the delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by By Amala Limited and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
