THE DESIGN

Amala’s sensational designs focus on the premium end of the market, so that every customer can enjoy affordable luxury. All designs are created in the UK, and manufactured in India to exacting standards. 

Design inspiration is drawn from the world around us, and today's modern lifestyle and fashion trends. Amala’s talented design team launches four fashion collections per year, with additional special occasion extras. 

Every design is bespoke, and each piece is hand embroidered by an experienced artisan. We produce only a limited stock of each design, to ensure that the customer can flaunt an outfit that is not mass marketed or high street commonplace.

THE FIT

Traditionally, the Asian occasion wear shopping experience is a tedious affair that involves having to be measured for an outfit, waiting 6-8 weeks to pick it up, and then having to alter the fit so that you can finally wear it.

To experience effortless with Amala means that you can slip on a beautiful blouse made from comfortable flexible stretch material that fits like a second skin. Skirts and trousers feature easy fastening belts and hooks that allow you to adjust the fit, without the need of a seamstress or tailor’s alteration skills. We work hard to create beautiful and recognisable designs that fit women well.
